Educatius Launches Second Annual Creativity Internship in The Gambia

Educatius has announced the second edition of the Aiducatius Creativity Internship, set to take place in June 2025 at St. Martin’s Basic Cycle School in Kartong, The Gambia. This initiative invites exchange students, alumni, teachers, host families, and local coordinators to participate in a transformative art and education program.

Since 2009, Educatius has supported students at St. Martin’s School, providing vital educational opportunities in a remote coastal village. The internship builds on this mission by fostering artistic collaboration and cultural exchange. Selected participants will lead visual arts workshops, encourage self-expression, and contribute art supplies to ensure lasting impact.

The two-week program will bring together a diverse team, including international students, educators, and local coordinators, to engage in teaching and cultural exchange. Past participants described the experience as life-changing, deepening their understanding of global education and cultural diversity.

Applications for the 2025 internship are open from February 1 to 28, with a global panel selecting the final participants. Winners will be announced in late March.
