Public Urged to Assist in Search for Missing Brikama Twins

Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating seven-year-old twins who were abducted in Brikama. The children were forcibly taken from their cousin while on their way to school and placed in a speeding taxi.

The incident quickly spread across the town and social media, prompting relatives to issue urgent appeals for help.

Police have identified the missing children as Hassanatou and Hussainatou from Brikama Gidda. Investigations suggest that their father, Cherno Korika Jallow—also known as Muhammed Jallow—may have taken them with the intention of leaving the country.

Reports indicate that the twins’ parents are divorced, with their mother, Habibatou Jallow, having custody. The father, who resides in Dakar, Senegal, was allegedly seen taking them away in a commercial vehicle.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to report to the nearest police station or call 9968885.
